Ronald de Bruin is a Servant-Leader in the European multi-stakeholder innovation arena with almost 20 years of experience in public policy, private sector and public-private partnerships. He is the former Director of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and former Head of Department of the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA).
Eszter Batta is the Policy Assistant of a Director with the European Commission DG Growth. Prior to that she served in different roles in DG Enterprise and DG Research. Before joining the Commission, she worked as the Assistant to a Member of European Parliament. As an Art of Hosting practitioner, she is a strong believer in using participative methods for decision making and stakeholder engagement.
Katrin Dürkoop is working as Human Resources Management Assistant with the European Commission DG Communication. She is a Facilitator & Host of the Participatory Leadership Practice, a Circle Practitioner and a certified Life and Career Coach.

Erik van Roon is Business Controller and Transition Coach at Arnhem Museum, the Netherlands. He is a member of the Governing Council of Authentic Leadership in Action (ALIA) and Chairman of the Board of Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Netherlands.

Matthijs Schüssler is working as policy advisor to a Member of the European Parliament for the European People's Party (mother party of the Dutch political party CDA). In this capacity he deals with International Trade, Aviation, European Budget and China. Matthijs started his career as an attorney at law at Loyens&Loeff in Amsterdam and was admitted to the Dutch bar association. Before his current job he worked as legal advisor to the Dutch Christian Democratic party (CDA) in which capacity he also was the secretary of the management board of the party.

Derek Pelland is a social entrepreneur and international educator from Los Angeles. He has completed his coursework towards his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Networking and relationship building has been the driving force to organise education projects in Nepal and the States. Derek has been active in consulting for multiple European start-ups and NGO's in Geneva before moving to Brussels in 2015. He is working with Greenleaf Brussels to write his dissertation on Servant-Leadership among European Institutions.
